What is the Climate-Smart Agriculture Program – Small Grants (CSSG)?
The Climate-Smart Agriculture Program (CSAP) is a transformative initiative aimed at boosting Australia’s agricultural productivity and sustainability. Funded through the Natural Heritage Trust, the program dedicates itself to fostering climate-smart practices that help protect and utilize Australia’s natural resources more efficiently. For the first round of the CSAP Small Grants, up to $4.33 million is available, with individual grants ranging from $10,000 to $100,000. These grants are designed to fund small-scale projects over a two-year period, ending in November 2026.
