What is the Defence and Aerospace Industry Development Fund (DAID)?
The Queensland Government is proud to announce the fourth round of the Defence and Aerospace Industry Development Fund (DAID Fund), designed to bolster small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Queensland. This initiative aims to enhance capabilities in the defence, aerospace, and space sectors, ensuring local businesses are competitive on both national and international stages.
DAID level of support
The DAID Fund provides targeted financial assistance ranging from $5,000 to $30,000 in matched funding. This enables eligible businesses to acquire internationally recognized certifications that increase their market reach and operational standards.
