  • Objective: Support the development and implementation of initiatives that foster early childhood development and break cycles of disadvantage. The foundation’s goal is to ensure that all children, particularly during the first six years of life, have the opportunity to reach their full potential.

2. Safe, Secure, Connected Communities:

  • Objective: Increase access to secure housing and mental health support to ensure that all Victorians, especially older adults, remain actively connected to their communities. This includes fostering participation and engagement within local communities to enhance overall wellbeing.

3. Backing Big Ideas:

  • Objective: Foster social innovation and medical research to address complex, large-scale problems affecting the health and wellbeing of Victorians. The foundation aims to back leaders and experts who bring transformative solutions to significant health challenges.

These objectives guide the foundation’s investment in projects that are innovative, led by community insights, and capable of delivering measurable, enduring benefits.
